Project Manager - SAP S/4HANA Finance

We're partnering with a leading renewable energy organisation to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver key SAP S/4HANA Finance initiatives. This role will lead delivery across planning, implementation, and post-go-live support, ensuring programme milestones, budgets, and business outcomes are achieved., You will take ownership of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance delivery, managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, and ensuring strong stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You'll also oversee integration across wider SAP modules to ensure a cohesive, stable solution., * Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance projects from initiation through go-live and stabilisation

• Own project plans, governance, RAID management, budgets, resourcing, and delivery reporting
• Coordinate internal teams, system integrators, and vendors to ensure clear accountability and timely delivery
• Engage senior stakeholders to maintain alignment, manage expectations, and provide transparent updates
• Oversee integration and dependencies across SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Procurement and related areas)
• Ensure delivery meets business goals, quality standards, and compliance requirements

• Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance projects in complex environments
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Finance modules, including FI/CO, AR, AP, GL, and Asset Accounting (AA)
• Confident leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience operating in multi-vendor delivery models and large transformation programmes
• Sector experience in renewable energy, utilities, or similar large-scale transformation environments is desirable
