Job description
Dakota State University is seeking a detail-oriented and student-focused Testing Center Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the university's testing center while also supporting key library operations. This role is essential in maintaining a secure testing environment and ensuring efficient coordination of testing and library services. The position reports to the Director of the Library., * Proctor exams in accordance with requirements established by faculty and national testing organizations.
- Assist students in scheduling exams and accessing testing services.
- Maintain a secure testing environment by ensuring academic integrity and ethical behavior.
- Coordinate closely with the ADA office to support students with testing accommodations.
- Ensure proctor certificates are current and engage in regular proctor training.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and communications of the testing center.
- Compile, analyze, and report data as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality with exam material and student data.
- Coordinate and process inter library loan requests, ensuring timely access to resources for students and faculty.
- Manage library purchasing processes, including accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Maintain the library's room reservation system.

Requirements
