Job description
TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Systems Architect to enhance our technological capabilities in human capital management technologies and services. The ideal candidate will integrate cutting-edge learning approaches with secure and scalable systems architecture., The candidate will handle system upgrades and risk assessments, providing comprehensive Operations & Maintenance and Tier 1-3 support. Responsibilities include designing secure, mis-attributable systems, maintaining a PKI hierarchy for encryption, and managing AWS services like EC2, RDS, S3, and Cloud Formation. Additionally, they will implement cloud security practices, manage cloud storage, and perform system administration across various environments, including Windows, Linux/Centos, and Apple macOS. Database administration and scalability tasks involve AWS RDS, MySQL, and Aurora, coupled with monitoring system health using Datadog and Cloudwatch.
Requirements
Expert Generally requires eleven (11) years of experience specific to the skill and relevant training or certifications, * Developing and implementing system upgrades
- Identifying technical risks and strategies
- Operations & Maintenance, Tier 1-3 Support
- Integrating new learning approaches (AI, AR, VR, mobile, analytics)
- Developing secure mis-attributable systems
- Designing PKI hierarchies
- Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53, Cloud Formation)
- Cloud security practices (IAM, security groups, encryption)
- Managing cloud storage (S3, EBS)
- System administration (Windows, Linux/Centos, macOS, iOS)
- Database administration and scalability (AWS RDS, MySQL, Aurora)
- Monitoring systems (Datadog, Cloudwatch)
- Proficiency with Ruby on Rails, Bash, Python
- Creating and updating procedures, user briefings/demos
Optional Skills
- Experience in the DevSecOps environment
- Experience with macOS and iOS
- Accreditation and authorization (A&A) process
- Experience with Splunk in hybrid environments
- Experience with coding and configuring Extron devices
Benefits & conditions
Benefit Details Base Salary $204,000 - $247,000 PTO 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. Retirement 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Paid Benefits Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonuses 3% to 5% annual bonuses. Cell Phone Stipend $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement. Training Budget 3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget New Hire Bonus $5,000 new hire bonus
Total Compensation

Benefit Value Details Base Salary $247,000 Base salary for position. Retirement $37,050 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Benefits Budget $49,400 20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonus $12,350 Annual bonus, 3% to 5% on average. Training Budget $2,500 Annual training budget. Training Hours $2,800 3 paid days for training. Phone Stipend $1,200 $100 monthly cell phone stipend.
