Job description

Overview We are looking for a senior*-level Infrastructure Engineer (L3)* who can operate independently, support complex multi-site environments, and take ownership of infrastructure stability, performance, and scalability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys solving enterprise-level challenges across networking, systems, and infrastructure., * Cisco / Meraki

  • VOIP systems

  • Enterprise networking fundamentals What You'll Do:

  • Troubleshoot connectivity across multiple locations

  • Support infrastructure across distributed environments

  • Travel between sites as needed 3. Systems & Server Administration Core Technologies:

  • Windows Server

  • Linux

  • VMware

  • SQL

  • Exchange, * Deploy, maintain, and optimize systems

  • Perform performance tuning and upgrades

  • Manage patching and lifecycle processes 4. Monitoring, Performance & Reliability

  • Utilize tools like SolarWinds (or similar)

  • Own system monitoring and alerting

  • Drive performance optimization and proactive issue prevention

  • Ensure high availability across environments 5. Security & Infrastructure Governance

  • Conduct security audits and reviews

  • Manage disaster recovery and backup strategies

  • Implement infrastructure hardening best practices Key Responsibilities

  • Lead infrastructure deployment, support, and maintenance initiatives

  • Design and implement network, server, application, and voice solutions

  • Ensure high availability of critical systems

  • Partner with stakeholders to define business and system requirements

  • Improve system performance, scalability, and efficiency

  • Perform cost-benefit and ROI analysis for infrastructure investments

  • Support vendor relationships and solution delivery

  • Maintain documentation, standards, and processes

  • Monitor system performance and support end-user enablement

Requirements

Top Skills & Experience 1. Infrastructure Engineering (senior / L3)

  • 7+ years of infrastructure experience

  • Ability to operate independently and handle L3 escalations

  • Experience supporting:

  • Corporate environments

  • Distributed/multi-site environments, * 7+ years of infrastructure experience

  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking and systems

  • Proven experience with system implementation, maintenance, and optimization

  • Experience with virtualization, server management, and monitoring tools

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Kubernetes / containerization

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Automation / scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)

  • Active Directory & directory services

  • Backup/recovery tooling

  • ERP exposure (Workday experience a plus)

  • Experience supporting multi-site environments
