Sr. Director, Global IT Networking

This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

• 10+ years of leadership in large-scale network infrastructure, with deep expertise in data center fabric, spine-leaf architectures, and campus networking.
• Proven experience in network security, zero-trust models, micro-segmentation, and secure remote access.
• Strong background in automation, infrastructure as code, and observability tools.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps for complex, multi-region networks.
• Exceptional collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.

• Lead the adoption of zero-trust security principles, reducing lateral movement and enhancing protection.
• Cultivate a high-performing, innovative team dedicated to excellence.
• Influence product development by acting as "customer zero" for HPE Networking solutions.
