Under general supervision, the Program Data & Implementation Specialist independently manages program-level data, reporting, and implementation support activities for the High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) portfolio within the Human Services Center of Excellence (COE). This position serves as a primary liaison to county partners and is responsible for the administration, coordination, and maintenance of program-specific systems and reporting processes supporting HFW operations.
The incumbent applies seasoned professional expertise to coordinate workflows, conduct and interpret data analyses, administer learning management and reporting systems, and support implementation activities to ensure program goals and contractual deliverables are met., * 30% - Program and Project Management
- 35% - Program Data Management and Reporting
- 20% - System Administration & User Support
- 15% - Stakeholder Engagement, Communications and Marketing
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position
- Required to hold a valid California driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program
- Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
- Experience managing complex educational or workforce development projects with minimal supervision.
- Advanced experience with data systems, reporting workflows, and data quality assurance. Experience with LMS platforms including reporting, user support, and system administration.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and experience working with diverse groups of external stakeholders.
- Experience developing, analyzing, and implementing project plans, schedules, and evaluation processes.
- Ability to interpret state and federal contract requirements and apply them to program and reporting tasks. Ability to exercise discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information and communications.
- Advanced analytical skills to identify trends, interpret data, and generate actionable insights. Proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and project management applications. - Experience in statewide LMS committees or leadership roles involving training technology systems.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Experience preparing funder facing or contract required reporting deliverables.
