Jr. AI Engineer

Join the AI Center of Excellence as a Junior AI Engineer to help build and support AI agents and automation workflows used across the bank. You'll work under senior engineers on real production systems while learning the modern GenAI stack. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who is curious and wants to grow professionally in AI., * Work on the AI CoE stack: Python/FastAPI, LangGraph agents, Azure OpenAI, Claude API, and n8n.

• Support production AI agents and automations - triage issues, review logs and traces, fix small bugs.
• Make enhancements to existing systems: prompt updates, new agent tools, n8n workflow changes, minor API integrations.
• Build prototypes to validate new ideas; document findings.
• Stay current on AI/GenAI developments and share learnings with the team., While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.

• 1+ year of hands-on experience building AI/ML or data-powered applications.
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or similar cloud AI services.
• Familiarity with LLM patterns (agents, tool use, RAG), as well as n8n or similar low-code automation tools.

Target Range: $30.00 /Hr. - $30.00 /Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
