Requirements
- Candidates should have strong end-to-end software development experience, including full stack and mobile development
- Microsoft environment with Azure DevOps; tech stack specifics are flexible if candidates can learn quickly
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is required
- Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, including admins and VPs
- Need people with vision who can listen carefully and clearly understand what business partners are trying to achieve
- Looking for collaborative individuals with a strong desire to learn
- Mix of technical and non-technical interaction responsibilities
- Utility industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Open to entry level candidates as well, provided they have a strong attitude and solid technical foundation
