Requirements
- Highly organized and good/clear/concise communication
- Ability to manage Steak Holders
- Would prefer someone that is local and has done migration to SalesForce as they want to hire individual full time long term(would need to relocate at that point).
- Would also look at people in Sunnyvale, CA Dayton, OH or Corvallis, OR (might need to travel to Westminster one time a quarter)
- Bonus if you are familiar with Wrike project management platform, but not required
- Proven track record of managing large-scale software implementations or migrations (e.g., migrating Marketing Automation Platforms or implementing a new CDP).
- Experience with Marketo to Salesforce migration a huge plus

Russ Hadick & Associates, Inc, a 44 year old Professional Search and Recruiting firm, has partnered with a Global company for their Project Manager whose responsibility is overseeing a Marketo to Salesforce migration.
They are looking for the below:
* Does not need to be a tech expert but has done Technical Project Management and mainly Migration
* First 3 months would be 100% on migration
* Upward communication to Executive Team, tracking how long it takes/progress.
