Full Stack Development Functional Requirement Financial Calculations Business Administration Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Business Systems Analysis Critical Illness Insurance Verbal Communication Skills Management Information Systems, The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will support retail technology initiatives, particularly within user experience (UX), digital channels, and delivery teams. This role involves working across a variety of customer-facing applications and digital solutions., * Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize backlog items
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team deliverables
- Support projects related to e-commerce and customer-facing digital experiences
- Work on features involving financial calculations such as fees, rates, and lending products
- Ensure clear and effective documentation of requirements and processes
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Writing user stories tailored to customer-facing features
- Engaging with stakeholders early in the day to align on priorities and requirements
- Performing deep analysis of applications and business needs
- Working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams
