Job description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) with a strong background in Salesforce platform and Connect+ technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical delivery leadership experience, managing complex Salesforce-based solutions, integrations, and leading cross-functional teams to successful delivery., * Manage end-to-end delivery for Salesforce and Connect+ initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage Salesforce platform development, Connect+ integrations, and related ecosystem components (API, Middleware, Data pipelines).
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams including Salesforce Developers, Admins, Architects, QA, and Integration specialists.
  • Ensure project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality are met while mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively.
  • Coordinate release management, environment management, and deployment planning.
  • Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and technology leadership, providing regular updates and roadmaps.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships, aligning internal and external delivery teams to common goals.
  • Focus on Agile delivery best practices, sprint management, capacity planning, and backlog prioritization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of IT delivery management experience, including Salesforce program/project leadership.
  • Proven experience with Connect+ technologies and Salesforce integrations (API, REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and platform configuration/customization.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery environments.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills - ability to lead distributed teams effectively.
  • Proficient in risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines related to Salesforce deployments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors, security, compliance).
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills., * Salesforce certifications (eg, Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Application Architect) are a plus.
  • Experience working with regulated environments is desirable.
  • Connect+ integration experience in Salesforce Customer 360, Veeva, or industry-specific platforms is a bonus.
