Job description

Our Information Technology team plays a vital role in ensuring providers and staff have secure, reliable, and high-performing systems to support clinical excellence.

As a Systems Administrator I, you will contribute directly to the infrastructure that powers our organization-working in a supportive environment where innovation, continuous learning, and teamwork are valued., As a Systems Administrator I, you'll play a key role in maintaining reliable, secure, and high-performing IT systems that support both clinical and business operations. You'll provide hands-on technical support while proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep systems running smoothly.

  • Deliver first-level support across infrastructure systems, including troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues to minimize downtime
  • Manage Active Directory, including user access and permissions
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and virtual environments
  • Perform system updates, patching, and routine maintenance
  • Support backups and data recovery processes
  • Respond to alerts, manage tickets, and resolve incidents efficiently
  • Assist with Office 365, networking, security, and other enterprise systems
  • Partner with IT team members on projects and continuous improvements, In this role, you will spend your day monitoring system alerts, responding to IT support tickets, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations. You will manage user accounts, perform system updates and patching, and maintain infrastructure components across the organization. Throughout the day, you will collaborate with IT team members on projects and initiatives while supporting internal users with professional, timely service. Your work is essential in keeping systems secure, stable, and optimized to support both clinical and business operations., The Systems Administrator I plays a critical role in supporting CEENTA's mission by ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and accessible-enabling providers and staff to deliver high-quality patient care every day.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Identity & access management?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 0-3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
  • Foundational understanding of networking concepts and system integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant IT certifications preferred.

Benefits & conditions

  • Regular schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • On-site requirement: This role requires working on-site
  • After-hours availability: Availability is required for emergent situations 24/7/365
  • Weekend / off-hours work: Frequent work outside normal business hours and on weekends is expected due to system downtime requirements
  • On-call rotation: Participation in a periodic on-call rotation is required, including coordinating response efforts during emergencies
