Description: Our client is looking for a Salesforce Developer/Systems Analyst to sit at the intersection of business and technology - translating stakeholder needs into Salesforce-driven solutions. This is a hybrid, contract-to-hire role. The work spans requirements gathering, system configuration, integration support, and light Salesforce development, all within an Agile delivery environment. This team supports 30+ countries out of 1 instance, meaning there is a lot of complexity and integrations being done. The goal is to start unwinding that to reduce technical debt and optimize the platform. T
Requirements
Salesforce proficiency - hands-on with Flow Builder, Process Automation, object model design, and admin/config tasks

Which Salesforce platforms - Requiring Sales & Experience cloud. Would like to also see 1 of the following: SFMC, SFLSC, DataCloud, or Loyalty Management.

Requirements gathering & documentation - user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, process flows

Systems integration knowledge - source-to-target mapping, API familiarity (REST/SOAP), upstream/downstream data flows

Agile delivery experience - Jira, backlogs, sprint-based work

Stakeholder communication - translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences across business and IT

Salesforce certifications - Admin, App Builder, BA, or Developer I are all relevant Secondary Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

Apex & SOQL - foundational/junior-level development experience under senior guidance

CI/CD tools - Copado, Gearset, or Git-based workflows

Confluence - documentation and collaboration

Life Sciences / regulated industry experience - compliance and data privacy awareness

SAP or marketing automation platforms - cross-platform familiarity is a plus

UAT support & defect triage - QA mindset alongside the BA skillset

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
