Job description

Troubleshoot and test components of systems using proven techniques for analysis and workarounds. Coordinate reported cases and work closely with leadership to expedite issues for fast problem resolution. Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must also have demonstrated experience in the following: Data file formats (JSON, XML or CSV) in data processing workflows; Incident response and root cause analysis; End user system monitoring and troubleshooting procedures; Testing of end-to-end system configuration; API Integration and troubleshooting; Technical documentation creation; and Managing and resolving support tickets across multiple communication channels., **Must be full-time for at least 3 months ***Must be full-time for at least one year
