PLM & TEAMCENTER EXECUTION Act as a techno-functional Teamcenter SME with strong understanding of out-of-the-box capabilities Support Teamcenter implementation and rollout Drive engineering change management including CR/CN, problem reports, part and BOM management Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for development teams Validate delivered functionality against requirements PROJECT & DELIVERY MANAGEMENT Operate as a hands-on project manager working deep in execution Lead requirements gathering, refinement, and prioritization Coordinate UAT with product and business stakeholders Support refinement of engineering change and PLM processes Identify and sequence enhancement needs HYPERCARE & USER SUPPORT Lead hypercare support post go-live Provide user support, issue triage, and adoption guidance Act as primary business-side support partner STAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIP Partner with product, engineering, operations, GIS, and IT teams Provide informed guidance on Teamcenter feasibility and options Influence outcomes through expertise, not authority, The Operations Program Manager (OPM) role at Zoox will develop processes in Manufacturing Operations, and be responsible for complex hardware assemblies, and ensure product perform…
