Job description
We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong delivery leadership experience responsible for designing and executing large-scale technology solutions. This role combines architecture expertise with end-to-end delivery ownership, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned to business outcomes while embedding AI-first and automation-first principles.
Your role
- Define end-to-end architecture for data, AI, and digital transformation programs aligned to business goals
- Lead solution delivery from design through implementation and stabilization with full accountability for timelines, cost, and quality
- Drive AI-first and automation-first approaches across architecture and delivery, incorporating intelligent automation, GenAI, and DevSecOps practices
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, roadmaps, and execution plans
- Lead cross-functional and distributed teams across engineering, data, and platform functions
- Ensure adoption of automated pipelines, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on technology strategy, architecture decisions, and transformation roadmaps
- Implement governance, security, and compliance standards across all solutions
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement during delivery
- Enable observability, AIOps, and self-healing capabilities within delivered systems
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in technology consulting, architecture, and delivery leadership roles
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise programs in data, AI, or digital transformation
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Experience in AI/ML, GenAI, and modern data platforms
- Hands-on exposure to automation frameworks including DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
- Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies
- Experience managing global and distributed teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Benefits & conditions
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $161,177 - $ 213,811.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
