As a Senior Data Analyst , you serve as a strategic architect for the Content Strategy Team, leveraging advanced analytics and data engineering to drive high-level insights within the dynamic online video industry. • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in operations analytics, business intelligence, or a strategic analytical role.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data modeling, database optimization, and schema design.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides) for executive-level reporting.
• Proven track record of building, maintaining, and presenting enterprise-level operational dashboards.
• Deep expertise in the online video industry, digital media consumption patterns, and technology business principles.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex data landscapes for diverse audiences, balancing rigorous technical depth with executive-ready insights.
• Passion for advancing data analytics, infrastructure, and automated reporting systems.
• Exceptional oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

The base salary range for this position is $ 92,000 to 100,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
