Do you have experience in Root cause analysis?, Do you have a Trade school?, * You have 5+ years of experience in a design engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent education/work experience)
• You prioritize solutions that deliver immediate value to engineers over perfect but complex approaches
• You understand that adoption is as important as capability-the best process is the one people actually use
• You possess deep expertise in at least one engineering discipline and its associated tool stack (CAD, CAE, PLM, or discipline-specific applications)
• You have a strong understanding of engineering workflows from concept through production
• You have hands-on experience using engineering design tools and can quickly learn new platforms
• You have proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find practical solutions
• You are a U.S. Person (required for export control)5+ years of experience in a design engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment, * You have experience using a wide array of engineering design tools across multiple disciplines
• You have training, instructional design, or technical education experience
• You have basic knowledge of scripting, automation, or tool customization
• You understand data flow between engineering systems (CAD, PLM, ERP, MES)
• You have experience in startup, defense, aerospace, or high-growth manufacturing environments
• You are familiar with PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, etc.) and their integration with design tools
• You have a background supporting cross-functional engineering teams in complex product development
• You have knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
