Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in AngularJS, Ruby on Rails, and SQL to lead the design and development of business-critical web applications. The ideal candidate will drive technical architecture, build scalable solutions, and lead end-to-end delivery in an Agile environment., * Design and develop end-to-end solutions across UI, backend APIs, and database layers

  • Lead architecture discussions and technical decision-making
  • Build and maintain AngularJS applications and integrate REST APIs
  • Develop backend services using Ruby on Rails
  • Design and optimize SQL schemas, queries, and database performance
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile ceremonies
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices
  • Identify and resolve technical risks and production issues
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Full Stack development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with AngularJS
  • Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails
  • Strong SQL/database development and optimization experience
  • Experience with REST APIs
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Technical leadership or Lead experience
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
