Salesforce/Veeva CRM Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce/Veeva CRM Project Manager to lead and deliver CRM initiatives for a life sciences/pharmaceutical client in Gaithersburg, MD. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation and optimization of Veeva CRM on Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce/Veeva CRM projects aligned with business goals
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets
• Work closely with business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs) to gather requirements
• Drive Veeva CRM implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams, developers, admins, and QA teams
• Ensure compliance with pharma industry regulations (FDA, GxP, etc.)
• Define project governance, reporting, and communication plans
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Support user adoption, training, and change management efforts
• Identify process improvements and recommend CRM best practices

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT project management
• 5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience
• 3+ years working with Veeva CRM in the life sciences/pharma domain
• Proven experience managing end-to-end CRM implementations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, * PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications
• Experience with Veeva Vault or other Veeva products
• Familiarity with data migration, integrations (MuleSoft, APIs)
• Knowledge of clinical, commercial, or regulatory processes in pharma
