Requirements
- 10+ years in strategic oversight data quality, data governance, or data management within healthcare payer environments
- Must have extensive skills in Data Governance for strategic oversight
- Hybrid role between data governance & data quality very strategic role, not a doer. Strategically identify that this is what the quality dashboards should look like.
- 3+ years hands on experience with CollibraDQ (preferably) OR OwlDQ or InformaticaDQ
- Heavy on Data Quality rule creation, dashboards, workflows
- Catalog, Governance, Understand the capabilities, how the scorecards are produced, what the thresholds, and guide the team to strategically utilize it.
- Strong healthcare domain expertise (claims, eligibility, provider/NPI data)
- Advanced SQL skills as needed doesn t need to be very current in SQL queries (4-5 years ago is okay but still very aware of it to find your way around)
- High level experience with ETL/ELT architectures
- Ability to communicate complex data issues to non technical and executive stakeholders
