Job description
- Teamcenter Customization & Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom Teamcenter solutions, workflows, and extensions (ITK, RAC, SOA, AWC) to support complex semiconductor engineering needs.
- GenAI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to automate product design data analysis, intelligent search, and documentation.
- Agentic AI Workflows: Build proof-of-concept AI agents that autonomously query PLM data, generate engineering reports, and assist in cross-functional review processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, supply chain, IT) to translate business requirements into technical PLM/AI solutions.
- System Upgrades & Governance: Lead end-to-end implementation of PLM upgrades, ensuring system scalability, security, and adherence to GIS standards.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Teamcenter Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience developing within the Siemens Teamcenter environment (Active Workspace, BMIDE, Workflow Designer, and SOA/C++ customization).
- GenAI / ML Experience: Proven track record of working with AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs) and a strong understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agentic AI patterns.
- Programming Skills: Advanced proficiency in Java, C++, Python, and PLM-specific scripting languages.
- Industry Acumen: Experience in semiconductor, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing PLM processes.
