Job description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features based on stakeholder needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the team''s productivity and code quality.
- Engage in the complete project lifecycle, from initial design through to functional deployment, maintaining a focus on scalability and supportability.
- Champion the adoption of AI tools and techniques, acting as a local expert and facilitator within the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years'' experience in a software engineering or AI-related role, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across teams.
- Proven ability to translate complex commercial requirements into executable features in application design.
- Experience in evolving software architectures from prototype stages to production, with an understanding of the impact of technical debt.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and methodologies used in AI, such as Python and agile development practices.
