Northrop Grumman Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO) is seeking a dynamic, innovative Project Manager in the Aeronautics Systems Sector IT Program Management Office. This motivated individual will serve as the Project Manager for the Strategic C3 Systems portfolio with oversight for all projects and their requirements. This role will report to the IT Program Director for Global Surveillance Division and be located in Melbourne, FL.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Project Management to both Program Managers and their customers and teams
- Act as the customer liaison between sector customers and project/program leadership
- Manage all scheduling, change management, risk management, and cost management requirements for assigned project(s)
- Own any optimization, or other remediation work assigned by the program manager
- Execute any ad hoc duties as assigned
- Provide leadership oversight for all projects and their requirements
- Own the Earned Value Management requirements for each project
- Manage integrated master schedule for the project portfolio
- Brief difficult technical solutions in a layman style to senior leaders within customer and program leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR PhD with 1 year of relevant experience
- Candidates must have a current DOD Top Secret level security clearance (at a minimum) in order to be considered
- Experience leading project assignments
- Experience with the integrated team including but not limited to the program manager, functional managers, and customers
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including: Word, Power Point, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification(s)
- Full Cycle experience working IT infrastructure projects
- Agile and/or Scrum Certification

Benefits & conditions
Primary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
