This is a high-impact, customer-embedded role. You will work directly with enterprise customers to implement solutions, drive measurable growth outcomes, and translate real-world usage into product insights. You will bridge technical execution with business impact.
This role is ideal for an operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of customer outcomes, and is equally comfortable in marketing infrastructure, SEO systems, and product execution.
What Youll Do
- Embed directly with enterprise customers to drive successful implementations
- Own customer outcomes from onboarding through measurable impact
- Execute SEO and growth initiatives across CMS and marketing infrastructure
- Partner with GTM and product teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements
- Design and implement scalable processes across accounts
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize for traffic, pipeline, and revenue growth
- Contribute to AI-powered search and content workflows where applicable, * Have not owned customer-facing implementations directly
- Prefer highly structured corporate environments with narrow scope
- Have only worked in large tech environments without hands-on execution responsibility

Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, * 2-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, SEO, growth, or customer implementation roles
- Proven ownership of customer implementations and outcomes
- Strong expertise in SEO, CMS platforms, and marketing infrastructure
- Comfort working directly with enterprise stakeholders
- Analytical, metrics-driven mindset
- Willingness to work in person in San Francisco
Strong Plus
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
- History of building processes and driving cross-functional initiatives
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Exposure to AI search, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-driven content workflows
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, or similar platforms
