As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburg, PA or Dallas, TX.

  • We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the Personetics Digital Insights platform. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear requirements, working closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality customer-facing insights.
  • The BSA will play a key role in requirements gathering, backlog management, and end-to-end delivery support in an Agile environment.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and user stories
  • Define clear acceptance criteria and success metrics
  • Create process flows, data mappings, and use cases
  • Agile Delivery & Backlog Management
  • Work closely with Product Owner on backlog creation, prioritization, and refinement
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, demos, retros)
  • Break down epics into detailed user stories and tasks
  • Support estimation and sprint planning activities
  • Partner with business, product, and technology teams to align on goals
  • Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams
  • Facilitate discussions to clarify scope, priorities, and dependencies
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Support QA and UAT by ensuring requirements are clearly understood
  • Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria
  • Assist in defect triage and resolution
  • Ensure high quality and completeness of deliverables
  • Support data integration, insights configuration, and personalization logic
  • Work on mapping data inputs required for customer insights
  • Ensure accuracy of digital banking insights across Web, iOS, and Android channels
  • Experience in banking / financial services (Retail or SMB preferred)
  • Strong experience in Agile delivery and user story writing
  • Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, or similar
  • Ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
  • Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed .
  • Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .
  • Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .
