Job description

About the Role: Detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, reporting, and operational expertise, supporting royalty and content analytics across a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This role plays a critical part in enabling effective business decision support through accurate reporting, financial insight and scalable analytics supported by building auditable reports and maintaining data integrity. This individual contributor partners closely with finance, content, legal, and commercial teams to ensure reporting and analysis related to publisher commercials, royalty allocations, and licensing activity are delivered in a controlled, timely, and business-relevant manner., · Delivers timely and accurate royalty and content analytics to support business decision-making, ensures reporting integrity and commercial transparency · Develops, maintains, and enhances recurring and ad hoc financial and metrics reporting to provide insight into financial performance, key fluctuations, and underlying business drivers · Analyzes large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities, and supports resolution through structured follow-up · Supports monthly royalty reporting and reconciliation activities, including analysis of gains, losses, and allocation impacts across publishers, business units, and territories · Contributes to the design, improvement, and automation of reporting tools, data structures, and analytical processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and stakeholder confidence · Partners with internal and external stakeholders to respond to royalty, licensing, and reporting inquiries in a timely and effective manner · Supports the preparation and presentation of analytical materials for content planning, licensing, and commercial decision support · Establishes and communicates business requirements in a standard manner to support consistent reporting and operational execution · Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen financial transparency, reporting accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness · Ad-hoc projects and involvement may be required to perform as the company reasonably requires

Requirements

· Translates complex data into meaningful business insight · Demonstrates strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capability · Champions accuracy, accountability, and operational integrity · Identifies risks, trends, and reporting exceptions with a proactive mindset · Works effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders · Continuously improves processes, reporting, and data usability · Balances attention to detail with an understanding of broader business impact Required Qualifications · Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience · Experience in financial analysis, reporting and analytics or business decision support · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines · Comfortable working with large, structured datasets and reporting tools · Strong Excel skills required; SQL experience required; Python knowledge a plus · Strong communication skills and attention to detail
