The Director, Transformation is a strategic leader responsible for driving end-to-end automation and transformation initiatives across pricing operations. This role serves as the central leader coordinating enterprise efforts to modernize pricing workflows, leveraging AI, automation, and process optimization to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
This leader partners closely with Business Units, Tech, Finance, Product, and Operations to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact automation opportunities, ensuring alignment with enterprise VFOs and delivering measurable business outcomes. The role plays a critical part in advancing initiatives such as, process mapping, and operational automation across the organization
What You'll Do:
Enterprise Automation Strategy

Define and lead the enterprise strategy for automation, aligning initiatives to VFOs and transformation priorities

Establish a multi-year roadmap for automation across pricing workflows.

Identify and prioritize high-impact automation initiatives.

Drive end-to-end delivery of automation efforts-from opportunity identification through implementation and value realization

Partner with Tech to ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions

Oversee process mapping and redesign efforts to optimize workflows prior to automation.

Establish governance frameworks for intake, prioritization, tracking, and execution of automation initiatives

Coordinate with Tech and data teams to assess feasibility, dependencies, and integration requirements

Track and report on value realization (e.g., time saved, cost reduction, error reduction, throughput gains)

Identify manual, repetitive processes and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy

Partner with Operations leaders to ensure adoption, training, and continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence

Act as the primary liaison across Business Units, Tech, Finance, Product, and Operations for pricing automation initiatives

Influence senior stakeholders and SLT through data-driven insights and clear articulation of value

Build alignment across teams to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

Define KPIs and success metrics for automation initiatives (efficiency, quality, cost, cycle time)

Monitor performance against targets and continuously refine strategy and execution

Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and responsible AI use across teams
Requirements

10+ years of experience in operations, pricing, business transformation, or automation-focused roles
-
Proven track record leading enterprise-scale transformation or automation initiatives
-
Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Business Units in complex organizations

Core Expertise:

Deep understanding of process optimization, automation, and AI-driven transformation
-
Experience with automation platforms (e.g., conversational AI like Kore.ai, RPA, workflow tools)

Strong knowledge of pricing operations, intake processes, or similar operational domains
-
Ability to build business cases and measure ROI for automation initiatives

Leadership & Influence:

Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority across matrixed teams

Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to SLT

Ability to translate strategy into execution and drive measurable outcomes

Analytical & Technical Skills:

Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and design solutions

Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and performance measurement

Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and data-driven decision-making

Base Salary Range $127,000.00 - $160,550.00
