Entry-Level IT Network Technician

Work primarily from the office while frequently engaging the manufacturing floor Collaborate with CNC programmers, setup technicians, machine operators, and manufacturing supervisor Support fixture design, tooling, machining processes, and troubleshooting Review aerospace blueprints from customers (Pratt, Honeywell, etc.) and support machining execution Troubleshoot scrap or out-of-tolerance parts and improve processes Partner closely with George as his right-hand engineering resource Balance competing priorities in a fast-moving, small-company environment, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
