Job description
- Set up new hardware for end users - thin client paperless users, PC's and laptops.
- Set up new users for company specific software
- Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
- Second line troubleshooting for employee issues for in-person, phone and remote users
- Diagnose issues with software, hardware, network and permissions
- Work with ServiceNow for ticketing system
- Enter purchase orders for software renewals, hardware for new hires, etc.
- Maintain inventory of all printers throughout the company and work with Vendor on support issues
- Monthly invoice tracking and sending approvals to Accounts Payable

Requirements
Do you have experience in Team motivation (leadership skill)?, Weather Shield is seeking an IT Service Desk to lead our technical support team in providing excellent customer service and resolve staff technical issues. You should have both a solid technical background and customer service experience and the ability to motivate your team toward specific goals. This is a full-time position that works on-site at the Medford, WI Corporate Office Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM. New grads interested in growing a career in IT are welcome to apply!
