If you're ready to make a significant impact and grow with a global leader, we want to hear from you!, * Guardian of Uptime: Conduct rigorous daily site inspections, meticulously servicing and maintaining all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment to guarantee maximum uptime and optimal performance.
- Safety & Compliance Champion: Proactively ensure that the site's environmental conditions meet the highest safety standards, fostering a secure and healthy work environment for all.
- Rapid Response Expert: Swiftly respond to Building Management System alarms and execute complex emergency repairs, mitigating risks and restoring critical operations with precision.
- Vendor Performance Orchestrator: Oversee and guide third-party vendors and subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to company processes, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations. You'll ensure their work meets our exacting standards, often accompanying them on-site.
- Preventative Maintenance Strategist: Execute planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on all critical equipment, providing essential support and expertise for complex technical challenges.
- HVAC & BMS Troubleshooting Guru: Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) for running and alarm conditions, providing expert diagnosis and resolution for intricate HVAC-related client issues.
- Data Integrity Steward: Meticulously review and document meter readings from UPS, PDU, and utilities, ensuring accurate data for operational analysis and reporting.
- Electrical & Mechanical Problem Solver: Provide advanced Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving facility and plant faults and defects to restore seamless operation.
- Spares Management Leader: Ensure the ready availability of suitable spare parts, minimizing downtime and optimizing maintenance efficiency.
- Process & Safety Adherence: Consistently complete assigned work according to established processes and procedures, strictly adhering to all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Permit-to-Work Authority: Expertly operate and manage the permit-to-work system, ensuring robust health and safety procedures and appropriate controls are always in place.
- Quality & Documentation Excellence: Conduct routine quality checks to maintain comprehensive and accurate maintenance records, ensuring audit-readiness and operational transparency.
- Operational Innovator: Contribute to the creation and development of cutting-edge work processes, Job Hazard Analysis reports, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical, high-risk work, enhancing overall safety and efficiency.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination ofexperience and education will be considered.
- Ability to work shifts that may include weekendsand holidays - Meetthe physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking,climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs.or more.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solvestandard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information andstandard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitivemindset.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculatedifficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial relatedcalculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The maximum salary of $80000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
