IT Project Manager

We are seeking an organized IT Project Manager to lead technology projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating teams, and managing IT initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, and software environments., * Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverable schedules

• Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
• Track project risks, dependencies, and issues while maintaining clear communication
• Lead project meetings, document action items, and provide progress reports
• Manage scope, requirements, and change control procedures
• Oversee implementation, testing, deployment, and post-project handoff
• Support IT governance, documentation, and compliance standards
• Ensure projects align with organizational goals and technology strategies

• 3-5 years of IT project management experience
• Experience overseeing projects in infrastructure, cloud, software, or security
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid project methodologies
• Excellent communication, planning, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Monday.com
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are a plus
