Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data / Reporting Analyst to support immediate and ongoing business reporting needs. This resource will be responsible for producing monthly key metrics, performing manual calculations, and partnering with the team to improve and automate reporting processes over time.

This role is ideal for a self-directed analyst who is comfortable working with imperfect data sources and building structure where little currently exists.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and deliver recurring (monthly) operational and performance metrics

• Pull, clean, and reconcile data from multiple disparate data sources

• Perform manual calculations and validations to ensure data accuracy

• Create and maintain Excel-based models, reports, and dashboards

• Identify opportunities to streamline, document, and automate reporting processes

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand metric definitions and evolving requirements

• Support the team immediately with hands-on reporting execution while longer-term automation is developed

• Proven analyst experience (not entry-level; 3-5+ years strongly preferred)

• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, complex calculations)

• Strong experience working with messy or incomplete data

• Experience producing recurring operational or business metrics - Experience with process improvement or reporting automation

• Exposure to Power BI or other Microsoft reporting tools
