Sr Manufacturing Solutions Architect

We are looking for a strategic and technically driven Senior IT Solutions Architect to lead the design, planning, and implementation of enterprise technology solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency. This individual will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping drive scalable and secure technology initiatives across complex environments.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in enterprise applications, systems integration, cloud technologies, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing technology environments and recommend improvements to system architecture, workflows, and integrations
• Design scalable technology solutions that align with organizational goals and long-term IT strategy
• Collaborate with leadership, business units, infrastructure teams, and developers to translate operational requirements into technical solutions
• Provide architectural guidance across enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, manufacturing, and operational platforms
• Build integration frameworks connecting cloud, on-premise, and third-party systems
• Ensure solutions meet standards related to security, performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Develop technical architecture documentation, process flows, and implementation roadmaps
• Research emerging technologies and identify opportunities for modernization and automation
• Support project teams throughout delivery by validating technical direction and solution alignment
• Participate in technical governance discussions and architecture review processes

Pay Transparency Notice

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise solution architecture methodologies and system design concepts
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM systems, or manufacturing technologies
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments within Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Experience with APIs, middleware, microservices, and enterprise integration approaches
• Familiarity with data governance, analytics environments, and reporting ecosystems
• Ability to balance business priorities with technical scalability and risk management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and cross-functional technical teams

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline required
• Advanced degree or technical certifications preferred
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, or technical consulting roles
• Prior experience supporting enterprise operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial technology environments is a plus
