Job description

  • Provide technical support to walk-in retail and business clients
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and VoIP-related issues remotely and on-site
  • Assist with IT projects, including deployment of new systems and services
  • Work with ticketing systems, RMM platforms, endpoint protection tools, and remote support software
  • Support desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and cloud services
  • Maintain a professional, helpful, and customer-focused experience
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues efficiently

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Pro Computers is seeking a dependable, customer-focused IT Service & Support Specialist to join our growing team in Gulfport, Mississippi.

We are a full-service technology company providing comprehensive Managed IT Services for both business and retail customers. Our services include server and workstation management, networking, cybersecurity, backup solutions, firewalls, VoIP systems, remote/on-site support, break/fix services, and retail device repair.

This is a non-sales, client-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on IT work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to professionally support both walk-in customers and business clients., Experience with any of the following technologies or platforms is strongly preferred:

  • Huntress or similar endpoint/security solutions
  • ConnectWise or comparable ticketing/RMM platforms
  • UniFi / Ubiquiti networking equipment
  • SkySwitch or similar VoIP platforms
  • Windows desktop support
  • Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace administration
  • Apple/macOS support experience
  • Basic networking, cabling, router, switch, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
