Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of solutions for Digital Solutions. The Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in understanding the business needs related to Digital Solutions, translating them into technical requirements, and architecting robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

As a Solutions Architect, you will:

• Design end-to-end solutions that align with the business goals and technical requirements specific to Digital Solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring comprehensive understanding and alignment.
• Create and present solution proposals, outlining architecture, costs, benefits, and potential risks.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools suitable for implementing solutions for Digital Solutions.
• Develop prototypes and proof of concepts to validate technical feasibility and solution design.
• Oversee integration of new solutions with existing systems and ensure smooth implementation.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, diagrams, and guidelines.

• 5+ years of Siemens' portfolio experience (automation, fire, or security) or 5+ years of engineering architecture or API experience.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural styles, design patterns, and cloud computing.
• Hands-on experience with relevant digital technologies and smart systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Up to 25% Travel
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship, * Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
• Experience with cloud architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, and large-scale systems integration.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $102,459 - $175,644 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
