We are seeking a senior-level Program Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives across global enterprise environments. This role is responsible for driving operational continuity, governance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional delivery execution across complex technology programs. The ideal candidate brings strong experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams, enterprise change management, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence initiatives within highly regulated environments. This position requires a strategic leader who can partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure successful execution of enterprise-wide technology initiatives while maintaining service stability, compliance, and customer satisfaction., * Lead global change governance activities across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions to ensure operational continuity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage enterprise-wide infrastructure and security technology implementations, including firewall platforms, F5 technologies, secure web gateways, and large-scale data center migrations.
- Oversee end-to-end program execution for complex infrastructure transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, budget, and risk management objectives.
- Act as the primary coordination point between engineering, operations, business stakeholders, and executive leadership teams.
- Partner with internal technology teams and external regulatory organizations to support compliance initiatives and operational controls.
- Drive incident, problem, and risk management activities through structured root-cause analysis, remediation planning, and long-term service improvement strategies.
- Identify and manage organizational change risks, ensuring successful adoption and transition planning across impacted teams.
- Develop and deliver governance, compliance, and operational readiness training to support enterprise change initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing operational and service delivery enhancements focused on stability, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Establish strong relationships with business units and operational stakeholders to consistently achieve service delivery objectives and program outcomes.
- Ensure production support activities align with ITIL, ITSM, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management frameworks.
- Provide executive-level reporting, status communication, and escalation management for strategic programs and operational initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading enterprise infrastructure or technology transformation programs.
- Proven experience managing global programs across multiple regions and time zones.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management practices.
- Experience supporting regulated enterprise environments with strong governance and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary technical teams across engineering, operations, and support organizations.
- Strong risk management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure, network, security, or data center modernization initiatives.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities., * Experience within financial services, banking, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with firewall technologies, F5 platforms, secure web gateways, and enterprise infrastructure operations.
- PMP, ITIL, Agile, or related certifications preferred.
- Experience supporting global production environments and operational readiness programs.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
