Job description

We're looking for a Data & System Specialist to strengthen our Tosca team and help bridge the gap between business and technology!

What you will do

  • Coordinate central data management for supply chain based on Tosca operating model
  • Work with technology and business on data entry standardization from identifying required fields to naming conventions to avoid faulty entry.
  • Control and maintain data and make sure supply chain data is accurate, consistent and complete by data validation and data audits.
  • Create one source of truth across emea provide support in providing right data for business analysis.
  • Document data flows and develop right data access to develop accurate KPI dashboards.
  • Support BA an BI on developing reporting needs
  • Map business processes and requirements
  • Work with users to improve system efficiency and translate into system configuration and solutions.
  • Function as first point of contact for user experience challenges and technical issues.
  • Support diagnosing and resolving problems and mitigate impact and downtime for users.
  • Provide documentation and training to users on how to effectively use systems and tools provided.
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential challenges and action plans., * A central role in Tosca's EMEA supply chain, where your work directly influences customer satisfaction, business growth, and profitability.
