AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will join a multidisciplinary engineering team and contribute to strategic projects centered on Artificial Intelligence applied to complex systems. You will play a key role in both product development and industrial performance optimization, supporting multiple projects and collaborating closely with engineering, industrialization, quality, and operations teams., Develop and improve AI / Machine Learning models for:

• Guidance, Navigation & Control systems
• Flight control and aiming systems

Analyze production, test, and flight data to improve:

• System performance
• Quality and robustness

Contribute to simulation activities and physical modeling to support technical decisions

Work closely with engineering, industrialization, quality, and operations teams

• Master's Degree in Engineering or Informatics
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Solid experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Good knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink
• Interest in AI trends and emerging technologies
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to technical excellence
• Knowledge of optimization algorithms (genetic algorithms, convex or Bayesian optimization) is a plus
• Experience with C/C++, Git, DevOps, Docker, Jenkins, Bitbucket is a plus
• Fluency in English
