Technology Operations Manager

• Lead the daily operations of TechOps and Internal IT teams, ensuring service continuity and operational reliability
• Coordinate infrastructure initiatives, operational priorities, incident management, and escalation processes across critical environments
• Contribute hands-on to the evolution of Linux-based production infrastructures , virtualization platforms, container environments, and private cloud solutions
• Drive automation, monitoring, observability, and Infrastructure as Code practices using tools such as Ansible and Terraform
• Oversee DNS, networking, database, and security-related operations while ensuring compliance with operational and resilience standards
• Promote collaboration across infrastructure, software engineering, security, and architecture teams while driving continuous operational improvement

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience leading infrastructure or operational teams within complex production environments
• Strong background in Linux administration, cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and operational delivery
• Experience with automation, CI/CD pipelines , monitoring platforms, and distributed infrastructure environments
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English with the ability to create structure, accountability, and operational clarity across teams
