Job description

Your primary focus will be code quality, performance, extensibility, and testability. You will work with engineers, product owners and partners to develop tools or in-game code packages, translating requirements and prototypes into technical solutions using C++, C# or others.

You will also help maintaining or refactoring legacy code, work on bug-fixing of tools or games, help improving our technology base and documentation, and mentor more junior members of the team.

You will be a part of the Loc Engineering, Games-Tech Team and report to its Technical Director.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Unreal Engine?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * University Degree (BSc) in Software Engineering or equivalent academic background

  • 4 or more years of experience developing C++/C# games (experience in AAA titles is a big plus)

  • Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine or Frostbite is a big plus

  • Experienc in C++ AND C# development, with a special focus on performance and code quality

  • Experience with unit testing and with version control systems (Perforce, Git)

  • Passion for writing clean code and OOP

  • Solid debugging skills and fluent in reading complex code

  • Experience in Agile environments is a big plus (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Teamwork spirit.

  • Passion for solving complex and interesting problems
