Job description
The Aircraft Technical Services Specialist owns the technical execution of aircraft transactions, serving as the operational bridge between Sales, Technical Services, vendors, and clients. This role ensures aircraft move efficiently from inspection through closing by coordinating maintenance events, managing documentation, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining constant visibility into aircraft status. Acting as the "eyes and ears" of the client, this role protects deal integrity while delivering a seamless, professional experience., * Provide valuable technical analysis to the sales team, by analyzing technical documents, such as Status Reports, Inspection Reports, Engines/APU Reports, OEMs documentation, etc.
- Supervise the pre-purchase inspections during the sale of an aircraft.
- Understand the maintenance activities and operational constraints, to optimize the technical decisions.
- Support the sales team for all technical discussions with partners and clients.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of aviation industry trends, and comparison reports.
- Assist in the creation of aircraft specification sheets.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, * Must know the private aviation industry and the related activities.
- Candidate must be self-directed, goal orientated, versatile, energetic, and organized and an excellent team player.
- Past-experience and a passion for the aviation industry is needed.
- Must possess excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Working knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and in using the internet are requirements.
