CCTV Monitoring Operator

VFS Global is seeking a Security CCTV Operator to support security operations across Visa Application Centres. This role is critical to ensuring life safety, protection of people and assets, compliance with information security standards, and proactive monitoring of surveillance systems in a regulated, high-security environment., Security & CCTV Operations

· Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to identify, deter, and prevent security incidents.

· Operate and monitor automated security and surveillance systems.

· Participate in daily security operations and control room monitoring.

· Monitor alarms, access control systems, and electronic security tools.

Incident Management & Reporting

· Identify, record, and escalate security incidents promptly.

· Maintain incident logs, CCTV review records, and monitoring documentation.

· Assist with security investigations and evidence handling.

· Ensure incidents are reported within defined service level requirements.

Compliance & Information Security

· Ensure compliance with VFS Global security and information security policies.

· Support implementation of security procedures and control measures.

· Assist in testing and maintaining security technologies.

· Support roll-out of security policy updates.

Operations & Team Support

· Coordinate with Operations and Facilities teams on security matters.

· Support supervision of security personnel where applicable.

· Assist Security Manager with daily operational controls.

Training & Awareness

· Support or conduct security awareness training for staff.

· Promote security best practices across Visa Application Centres.

· Support sustainable security operations.

Do you have experience in Surveillance?, · Experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations.

· Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.

· Understanding of information security principles.

· Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.

· Effective communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience

· Previous experience in security surveillance or electronic security roles preferred.

· Experience in regulated or high-security environments is an advantage.

· Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

Language Requirements:

· Fluency in French is essential for understanding procedures and completing written reports

· A good working knowledge of English is required for communication within an international environment
