Job description
At Dyflexis, IT is the backbone of performance. When IT works, everyone wins. And that's where you come in. As our IT Operations Specialist, you don't just fix issues. You take ownership. This isn't a ticket-only support role. You'll ensure our internal IT environment grows with us. From 100+ workstations and Logitech systems in the Netherlands to our new office in Cologne and beyond.
In this role you will:
- Take full ownership of our internal IT environment across locations (NL & Germany)
- Set up and scale our new Cologne office from scratch: network, hardware, access, security and workplace systems
- Manage and optimize our Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Azure AD)
- Handle account management and access control
- Prepare laptops and hardware so new colleagues have a smooth start
- Arrange clean and structured offboarding when someone leaves
- Keep our network stable and future-proof (Checkpoint, Fortinet)
- Manage asset administration in Jira
- Support colleagues when needed, but focus on preventing issues instead of fixing them afterwards
- Continuously improve processes to make IT more scalable and future-proof
You'll work closely with Patrick (your direct manager), alongside Michel, our Quality Officer, and in strong collaboration with colleagues like Niram from HR. You're the person people are genuinely happy to see when you walk in. Service-minded, calm, clear in communication and always thinking one step ahead.
For this role we're looking for someone hands-on. Someone who doesn't mind diving into networks, configuring hardware, helping colleagues on-site, and at the same time setting things up properly so they can also be managed remotely.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Security?, * You have an IT background (education or hands-on experience).
- Support experience is nice, but not required. A service mindset is key.
- Basic to solid knowledge of networking, office IT environments, and online safety and security.
- Experience with Microsoft environments (Microsoft 365, Azure AD).
- Experience with hardware management and workplace setup.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Logitech.
- Fluent in English. Dutch is a big plus and German would be a nice bonus.
Benefits & conditions
- Fixed salary up to €4K gross per month based on a 40-hour week (skill based).
- Personal development budget to level up your skills.
- 25 vacation days + your birthday off in exchange for cake.
- An in-house chef surprising you daily with fresh lunch.
- The best parties, drinks & trips (Winter sports, Ibiza & more).

- Solid pension plan & 8% holiday allowance.
- Buy or sell vacation days - you decide.
- Travel allowance and WFH compensation.
