Job description
Some technical jobs are about maintaining a process, this one is about bringing one of the most advanced machines in the world to life. As a Technician System Integration at ASML, you work on the full assembly, power-up and preparation of DUV lithography systems: the machines used by chip manufacturers such as TSMC, Samsung and Intel. These systems eventually make the chips found in phones, cars, medical equipment and almost every smart device around us.n This is hands-on technical work at a level you do not come across every day. And because the team is growing, there are a limited number of spots available for technicians who want to work in this unique environment. What will you do? Within the System Integration department, all separate modules and components come together to form one complete ASML machine. Together with a team of 120+ technicians, you make sure these systems are built, tested and prepared with extreme care. Your work includes:
- Assembling, connecting and integrating complete DUV lithography systems
- Powering on machines and checking whether systems function as they should
- Disassembling machines after testing so they can be safely prepared for shipment
- Working with mechanical, electrical and technical components in a cleanroom environment
- Identifying issues and solving them at the root, not just fixing the symptom
- Sharing knowledge with colleagues and helping the team improve daily
- Taking part in shopfloor meetings where progress, quality and output are discussed
- Working according to strict safety and quality standards, because precision matters here
Requirements
- You have completed at least an MBO-3 technical education, for example in: Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Installation or construction-related engineering
- You have a mechanical, electrical or broader technical background
- Experience in a production, assembly or system environment is a plus
- You speak Dutch or English
- You enjoy practical, hands-on work and take ownership of what you do
- You can work independently, but also value strong teamwork
- You stay focused when the work is complex or the pressure increases
The Dutch language is not a requirement. English-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.
