Requirements

The Solutions Architect serves as a hands-on technical leader responsible for driving cloud strategy, architecture, and technology transformation initiatives within the organization.

Working closely with the VP of Enterprise Architecture and VP of Cloud & Platforms, the role plays a key part in defining the technical vision, roadmap, and adoption of cloud technologies across North America.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate.

Lead and execute strategic cloud initiatives with a hands-on approach.

Collaborate closely with product development teams on the design, development, integration, and implementation of cloud and hybrid applications.

Define and enforce architectural, operational, reliability, and security standards for cloud environments.

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and hands-on support for implementing cloud architectures and best practices.

Design, build, migrate, and maintain business-critical applications on Microsoft Azure.

Drive innovation and modernization initiatives aligned with the organization's cloud transformation strategy.

Develop technical documentation including PSA, transition designs, HLDs, and LLDs.

Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives, technical evaluations, experiments, and platform assessments.

Present technical recommendations and architectural viewpoints to internal stakeholders.

Promote industry best practices and mentor development teams on cloud technologies and delivery approaches.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and advancements in cloud technologies.
Requirements
-
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native solutions.
-
Azure Certification preferred; AWS Certification is an advantage.

Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile delivery methodologies.

Hands-on development background with technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, or Salesforce.

Experience creating POCs, defining implementation plans, and driving cloud adoption initiatives.

Strong understanding of cloud architecture, hybrid environments, and enterprise integration patterns.

Banking/BFSI domain knowledge is highly preferred.

Experience with Azure Boards, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
-
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive technical decisions.

Strong analytical, structured thinking, and documentation capabilities.
