Job description
We are seeking an organised and customer-focused RTB & RTA Sales Manager to manage Right to Buy (RTB) and Right to Acquire (RTA) applications and sales, ensuring compliance with legislation and delivering excellent customer service throughout the process., * Manage RTB and RTA applications from enquiry through to completion.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with customers, solicitors and internal teams to resolve queries and progress sales.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor KPIs and update internal systems.
- Complete anti-money laundering and customer verification checks.
- Support financial reconciliation and reporting related to property sales.
- Supervise and support the RTB & RTA Sales Assistant.
- Contribute to service improvements and high customer satisfaction standards.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Knowledge of Right to Buy and Right to Acquire legislation and processes.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use sound judgement.
Benefits & conditions
Contract: Initial 6-month temporary contract with potential for extension
Working arrangements: Full-time, Mon-Fri (hybrid working)
Salary: £41,655 pro rata
