Job description

We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist to support complex AI initiatives across solution design, development, deployment, and optimisation activities.

Working within an AI Centre of Enablement, you will provide deep technical expertise across Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise AI delivery.

This role requires a strong hands-on technical background combined with the ability to guide best practices and support enterprise-scale AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop advanced AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, and automation workflows.

  • Deliver scalable AI capabilities across enterprise environments within the Microsoft AI ecosystem.

  • Support AI model optimisation, data readiness, and performance enhancement activities.

  • Develop reusable AI assets including prompt libraries, templates, connectors, and frameworks.

  • Support MLOps, AI governance, lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship across AI delivery teams.

  • Collaborate with AI Product Developers, Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Strong experience designing and implementing AI solutions.

  • Hands-on expertise with Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.

  • Experience with RAG frameworks and LLM integrations.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft AI ecosystem technologies.

  • Experience with enterprise AI architecture and automation workflows.

  • Knowledge of data science, model optimisation, and ML fundamentals.

  • Exposure to MLOps and responsible AI governance practices.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and technical leadership experience.
