Job description

We are looking for temporary support from an experienced database assistant, to help with data cleansing, record preparation, data importing and data validation for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Donorflex. This role will support with both the day to day database records administration, and with preparatory work for our key current project to migrate to a new CRM system.

As a Database Assistant a typical day might include:

  • Cleansing and importing/inputting large volume data sets
  • Preparing data for import and potentially export into our new CRM

  • Running and processing income reports

This role will support our work by ensuring that key donor and supporter data is accurate, maintained and promptly available. This then means that communications with our supporters can be effective and well-managed, and income from supporters is seamlessly processed enabling it to be spent supporting Myton's beneficiaries.

The hours can be worked across 3, 4 or 5 days a week to suit the successful candidate, with the regular working hours between 8am and 5pm. Your main base will be the Warwick Hospice but, once trained and competent, there will be some flexibility to work remotely for part of the working week.
