- Internal career development program, As part of our Onsite Support Team in Stoneleigh, you'll be responsible for exactly the areas that really inspire you:
- Provide day to day desktop support
- Handle inbound calls and answer questions
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
- Installation, configuration and set-up of complex IT systems
- Commissioning and maintenance of IT systems (MS Windows 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
- Hardware repairs and second-level support tasks using a ticketing system
- Creation of system documentation
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Ability to build relationships
- Excellent time management skill
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Fluency in English
